I'm an author of queer-normative fantasy novels. After my family had to flee their country, I was raised in the county of Östergötland in Sweden (which means I speak proper 'östgötska'!). Since 2017, I live in the UK with my British partner.
Prior to spending my days talking to fictional characters and conjuring amazing book boyfriends, I used to work with immigration and unaccompanied children, localisation testing on video games and running my own business as a dog walker. I'm a member of the Alliance of Independent Authors and The Authors Guild.

Since the age of 7, I knew I wanted to be an author.
SO, I DECIDED TO CHASE MY DREAM.
I write character-driven fantasy novels for adults, inspired by my favourite computer games and D&D. They have sprinkles of magic, swoon-worthy romantic subplots and realistic, flawed characters. I always strive to write approachable world-building for readers who are new to fantasy books, without compromising the richness of the worlds I've created.
Writing about mental health and strong, empowered women who grow throughout the stories are important themes in my books.
I'm not a Romance (genre) author, but I do weave love stories into my books (some are tragic, some are complex, some are happy). Not every single pairing (such as side characters) mentioned in my books will receive their HEA (Happily Ever After) or HFN (Happy For Now), as that is not realistic nor the main point of my books, and I like to mix a certain level of realism into the stories I create.
When I'm not writing, reading books or walking by the beach, you'll find me relaxing on the couch with my rescue dog Mango, my rescue cats Merlin and Uther, and painting Warhammer miniatures together with my partner.
Back in the day, I used to be a hardcore gamer and I still enjoy gaming, just in a more balanced capacity. Space Marine 1 and 2, Rogue Trader, ARK: Survival Evolved and Baldur's Gate 3 are my permanent obsessions.
